When a plan mentions industry packs, it means the packs that are actually live. Today that is 33 of 46 trades; the rest run on the core reshaped to their trade — same modules, their own field names, record names and document series. Find yours on the Industries page: every entry there says exactly what it has today. We would rather you knew now than discovered it in week two.

Put in your own team size and whatever rate you have been quoted. What follows is arithmetic, not marketing — if the numbers do not favour us for your shape of business, you will see that here rather than after you have signed.

Questions people actually ask
Is this charged per user?
No. The price is for the business and each plan bundles a number of users. Adding your accountant, your storekeeper or a field technician does not change the invoice — which is the whole point, because an ERP only works when everyone is actually on it.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to the free Starter plan instead of losing access. Your data stays exactly where it is; the limits tighten. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Which industry packs do I get today?
Only the ones marked live on the Industries page. Every other trade runs on the full core reshaped with its own fields, record names and document series. We will tell you which one you are getting before you pay, not after.
Can we use our own WhatsApp, SMS and AI accounts?
Yes, on every paid plan. Connect your own keys and that usage bills to you directly at cost. If you would rather not deal with it, buy credits from us instead.
Do you help migrate from Tally or spreadsheets?
Talk to us before you buy. Import is a service engagement quoted on what your data actually looks like — not a checkbox we pretend is automatic. Masters and opening balances are usually straightforward; years of transaction history rarely is.
Can I run more than one business on one login?
Yes, from the plan that allows more than one business. You switch between them from the header and the data stays completely separate — separate ledgers, separate document numbering, separate users if you want.
Is my data mine if I leave?
Yes. Every list in the product exports, and we will hand over a full dump on request. There is no exit fee and no period where your account sits read-only while somebody approves it.
Do you charge for support or upgrades?
No. Support is included on every paid plan and product updates land for everyone at once — there is no version you have to buy again next year.
